Black Tiger Affiliates

Network Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 30 September 2026

These Network Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Black Tiger Affiliates network ("Black Tiger Affiliates", "Network", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering as a publisher, affiliate, media buyer, sub-affiliate, agency, network, or other traffic partner ("Publisher", "Partner", "you", or "your"), accessing our offers, receiving tracking links, or generating traffic through Black Tiger Affiliates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Individual campaign terms, insertion orders, written agreements, emails, Telegram communications, offer descriptions, or other terms expressly agreed between Black Tiger Affiliates and a Publisher may supplement these Terms. Where campaign-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specifically agreed campaign terms will apply to that campaign.

01

Eligibility and Account Approval

Publishers must provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout the business relationship.

Black Tiger Affiliates may request information including full name or company name, address and country, website/domain information, traffic sources, target GEOs, expected traffic or FTD volume, contact information, payment information, company registration information, identification or KYC documentation where reasonably required, and previous traffic statistics or other evidence of traffic quality.

Registration does not automatically constitute approval.

Black Tiger Affiliates reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate a Publisher account based on compliance, traffic quality, commercial considerations, operator requirements, or risk assessment.

Publishers may not create multiple accounts without prior written permission.

02

Network Relationship

Black Tiger Affiliates operates as an intermediary between Publishers and participating advertisers, casino operators, affiliate programs, brands, and other commercial partners ("Advertisers").

Black Tiger Affiliates may provide Publishers with access to campaigns and offers obtained directly from Advertisers or through approved third-party commercial relationships.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Publishers do not have a direct contractual relationship with an Advertiser merely because they promote an offer made available through Black Tiger Affiliates.

Publishers must communicate commercial and tracking matters relating to Network offers through Black Tiger Affiliates unless otherwise authorised.

03

Offers and Campaign Terms

Each offer may contain specific conditions including GEO, CPA rate, Revenue Share percentage, Hybrid structure, CPL or other payment model, minimum deposit, FTD qualification requirements, player qualification criteria, KPI requirements, traffic source restrictions, daily or monthly caps, hold periods, allowed devices, restricted keywords, brand bidding restrictions, creative requirements, player activity requirements, and other Advertiser-specific conditions.

Publishers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current conditions of an offer before sending traffic.

Black Tiger Affiliates may modify, pause, cap, suspend, or terminate an offer when required by the Advertiser or due to commercial, compliance, regulatory, traffic-quality, or operational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, Publishers will be notified of material changes.

04

Commission Models

Black Tiger Affiliates may offer CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, CPL and individually negotiated Custom Deals.

Under CPA, a fixed commission may be paid for each player who satisfies all qualification requirements of the relevant campaign. A registration or deposit alone does not necessarily constitute a payable CPA.

Under Revenue Share, a Publisher may receive an agreed percentage of qualifying Net Gaming Revenue or another revenue metric defined for the campaign.

Hybrid arrangements may combine CPA and Revenue Share or other agreed remuneration structures.

Custom remuneration structures may be negotiated based on traffic source, GEO, volume, player quality, performance, and Advertiser requirements.

05

Qualified Players and FTDs

A First-Time Depositor ("FTD") will only be considered payable when the player satisfies all requirements of the applicable campaign.

Requirements may include being a genuine new player, registering through the correct tracking link, meeting the minimum deposit requirement, completing required KYC procedures, meeting wagering or activity requirements, being located in an approved GEO, not being a duplicate or previously registered player, not being associated with fraud or abuse, and meeting campaign-specific KPI requirements.

The Advertiser's validated reporting may be used to determine whether a player qualifies.

06

Traffic Quality

Black Tiger Affiliates is committed to maintaining high-quality traffic standards.

Publishers must provide genuine traffic generated through approved sources.

Black Tiger Affiliates may monitor registration-to-deposit ratios, FTD behaviour, deposit values, re-deposit behaviour, player activity, conversion patterns, device information, GEO consistency, unusual player clusters, chargeback patterns, duplicate accounts and other indicators relevant to traffic quality.

Traffic that shows unusual or suspicious patterns may be investigated before commissions are approved.

07

Fraudulent and Prohibited Traffic

Fraudulent traffic is strictly prohibited.

This includes fake registrations, fake or manipulated deposits, self-referrals intended to generate commission, duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, stolen identities, stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargeback fraud, bot traffic, automated registrations, cookie stuffing, click injection, click fraud, proxy or VPN manipulation intended to falsify player GEO, falsified KYC information, coordinated player fraud, artificially generated FTDs, unauthorised incentivized deposits, misrepresentation of traffic origin, and manipulation intended to satisfy CPA or KPI requirements artificially.

Black Tiger Affiliates may investigate suspicious traffic and request supporting information from the Publisher.

Confirmed fraudulent traffic will not be payable.

Amounts previously credited or paid in relation to confirmed fraudulent activity may be deducted from future balances where legally and contractually permitted.

Serious or repeated fraud may result in immediate account termination.

08

Incentivized Traffic

Incentivized traffic is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing for the relevant campaign.

Publishers must not offer players money, cashback, gifts, credits, compensation, or other incentives for registering or depositing unless the campaign expressly allows such activity.

09

Traffic Sources

Publishers may only use traffic sources permitted for the relevant offer.

Approved sources may include SEO, PPC, display advertising, native advertising, social media, email marketing, push traffic, media buying, applications, influencer traffic, communities and other specifically approved sources.

Publishers must accurately disclose their traffic sources when requested.

Traffic from undisclosed or prohibited sources may be rejected.

10

PPC and Brand Bidding

Publishers must comply with each Advertiser's PPC and brand-bidding rules.

Unless expressly permitted, Publishers must not bid on Advertiser trademarks, casino brand names, misspellings of brand names, or trademark-related keywords.

Publishers must also comply with restrictions concerning search-engine advertisements, display URLs, misleading domains and impersonation of Advertiser websites.

11

Misleading Advertising

Publishers must not use false, deceptive, or misleading advertising.

This includes misleading claims concerning guaranteed winnings, guaranteed profits, risk-free gambling, guaranteed bonuses, withdrawal times, licensing, regulatory status, casino ownership, promotions or player eligibility.

Promotional information must accurately reflect the applicable Advertiser offer.

12

Responsible Gambling and Age Restrictions

Publishers must not knowingly target persons below the legal gambling age applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

Publishers must comply with applicable responsible gambling requirements and must not deliberately target self-excluded individuals, known problem gamblers, underage persons or other legally restricted groups.

Marketing communications must comply with applicable gambling advertising laws and regulations in the targeted GEO.

13

GEO Restrictions

Publishers must comply with all GEO restrictions specified for an offer.

Traffic intentionally generated from restricted countries may be rejected.

Publishers must not deliberately circumvent GEO restrictions through VPNs, proxies, location spoofing or similar techniques.

14

KPI Requirements

Certain campaigns may contain performance requirements ("KPIs"), including minimum re-deposit rates, minimum average deposits, minimum player activity, minimum conversion rates, maximum chargeback rates, minimum retention or other player-value requirements.

Applicable KPIs will be communicated as part of the offer conditions.

Publishers should not assume that every FTD is payable where a campaign contains additional qualification or KPI requirements.

15

Caps

Offers may contain daily, weekly, monthly or total FTD caps.

Publishers must stop or redirect traffic once an applicable cap has been reached unless additional volume has been approved.

FTDs generated substantially above an agreed cap may not be payable if the Advertiser refuses to accept the additional volume.

Publishers should request cap increases before exceeding agreed volume.

16

Tracking

Black Tiger Affiliates may provide tracking links, SubIDs, ClickIDs, postbacks, API integrations or other tracking technology.

Publishers are responsible for correctly implementing tracking provided by Black Tiger Affiliates.

Where supported, Publishers may use unique SubIDs or ClickIDs to identify campaigns and traffic sources.

Black Tiger Affiliates is not responsible for tracking failures caused by incorrect Publisher implementation, unauthorised link modification, unsupported redirects or Publisher-controlled technical systems.

17

Reporting and Statistics

Black Tiger Affiliates may provide statistics through a dashboard, reports, spreadsheets, API or other reporting methods.

Statistics may initially be considered provisional.

Conversions may be adjusted following Advertiser validation, fraud review, duplicate detection, KYC failure, chargebacks, campaign qualification checks or technical corrections.

Final payable statistics may therefore differ from preliminary reporting.

18

Payment Terms

Payment schedules may vary by Publisher and campaign.

Possible arrangements include Net 7, Net 15, Net 30, monthly payments or other individually agreed schedules.

Payments may be made through approved methods including bank transfer, cryptocurrency, electronic payment services or other mutually agreed methods.

Publishers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

19

Minimum Payment Threshold

Black Tiger Affiliates may apply a minimum payment threshold depending on the payment method, campaign or Publisher agreement.

Balances below the applicable threshold may be carried forward to the following payment period.

20

Hold Period

Certain campaigns may contain a validation or hold period.

During this period, conversions may be reviewed for fraud, player qualification, KYC completion, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, KPI compliance and Advertiser approval.

Commissions under review are not considered finally approved until the validation process is complete.

21

Advertiser Non-Payment

Black Tiger Affiliates acts as an intermediary between Publishers and Advertisers.

Where a Publisher's remuneration is dependent on amounts payable by an Advertiser, Black Tiger Affiliates may delay or withhold the corresponding Publisher payment if the Advertiser refuses payment due to alleged fraud, rejects conversions under documented campaign conditions, delays payment, becomes insolvent, suspends operations, disputes traffic quality or otherwise fails to pay amounts relating to the relevant Publisher traffic.

Black Tiger Affiliates will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate payment disputes with Advertisers.

This provision does not permit Black Tiger Affiliates to arbitrarily withhold undisputed amounts unrelated to the affected Advertiser or campaign.

22

Chargebacks and Reversals

Conversions may be reversed where a player uses a stolen payment method, initiates a fraudulent chargeback, is determined to be a duplicate, fails applicable qualification requirements, is confirmed as fraudulent, or has been incorrectly attributed due to a technical error.

Legitimate player losses or ordinary commercial performance alone will not automatically constitute fraud.

23

Payment Disputes

Publishers must notify Black Tiger Affiliates of payment or reporting disputes within a reasonable period after receiving the relevant report or payment.

The Publisher should provide the campaign, relevant period, tracking/SubID information, disputed conversions and supporting evidence.

Both parties should attempt to resolve disputes using available tracking and Advertiser reporting.

24

Sub-Affiliates

Publishers may not redistribute Black Tiger Affiliates offers to other affiliates, publishers, networks, brokers, agencies or traffic partners without prior written approval.

Where sub-affiliate activity is approved, the primary Publisher remains responsible for ensuring that its sub-affiliates comply with these Terms and all applicable campaign conditions.

Unauthorised resale or redistribution of offers may result in suspension or termination.

25

Confidentiality

Publishers must not disclose confidential commercial information including private CPA rates, custom commission structures, operator-specific conditions, private contact information, internal reports, tracking configurations, negotiated caps and other non-public commercial terms.

26

Intellectual Property

Casino names, trademarks, logos, banners, creatives and other promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Publishers receive a limited right to use approved marketing materials solely for authorised promotional activity.

27

Compliance With Law

Publishers are responsible for ensuring their marketing activities comply with applicable gambling advertising laws, consumer protection requirements, privacy and data protection laws, electronic marketing requirements, advertising platform policies, intellectual property laws and age restrictions.

Black Tiger Affiliates may restrict or terminate campaigns where compliance concerns arise.

28

Data Protection

Publishers must process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Publishers must not provide Black Tiger Affiliates with unlawfully collected personal information.

Where applicable, the parties may enter into additional data-processing arrangements.

29

Suspension

Black Tiger Affiliates may temporarily suspend an account or specific campaign where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, traffic-quality concerns, compliance violations, Advertiser complaints, tracking anomalies, payment disputes or material breaches of these Terms.

Where appropriate, the Publisher will be given an opportunity to provide supporting information.

30

Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship subject to applicable campaign agreements.

Black Tiger Affiliates may immediately terminate or restrict a Publisher for serious violations including fraud, intentional deception, unauthorised traffic, repeated compliance violations, misuse of trademarks or deliberate circumvention of campaign restrictions.

Termination does not automatically cancel legitimately earned and finally approved commissions that are otherwise payable, subject to fraud investigations, reversals, outstanding obligations and campaign-specific terms.

31

Changes to Offers

Advertisers may change CPA rates, Revenue Share percentages, qualification requirements, KPIs, GEO availability, caps, traffic-source restrictions and promotional terms.

Black Tiger Affiliates may therefore update offer conditions accordingly.

Changes apply prospectively from the communicated effective date unless an urgent compliance, regulatory, fraud-prevention or Advertiser suspension requires immediate action.

32

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Tiger Affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Network.

Black Tiger Affiliates does not guarantee any specific number of conversions, any particular revenue level, continuous availability of an Advertiser, continued availability of an offer, player profitability or future CPA rates.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

33

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Publishers operate as independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise or legal agency relationship between Black Tiger Affiliates and the Publisher.

34

Communication

Official business communications may be conducted through email, the Black Tiger Affiliates dashboard, Telegram or other mutually agreed communication channels.

Publishers are responsible for maintaining current contact information.

35

Modifications to These Terms

Black Tiger Affiliates may update these Terms where reasonably necessary due to changes in business operations, Advertiser requirements, regulatory requirements, fraud-prevention procedures, payment processes or technology.

Material changes should be published with an updated effective date.

36

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the legal entity operating Black Tiger Affiliates. Full governing-law and dispute-resolution details will be specified in the applicable Publisher Agreement or other written agreement between the parties.
