We may provide affiliates with access to CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, or other performance-based marketing opportunities.

Black Tiger Affiliates does not necessarily own or operate the online casinos, sportsbooks, gaming platforms, or other third-party services promoted through our affiliate offers.

To use our affiliate services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Comply with the requirements of individual advertisers and operators

We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

Acceptance into Black Tiger Affiliates does not guarantee access to every available offer.

The specific conditions communicated for an individual offer form part of the agreement between Black Tiger Affiliates and the affiliate.

Offer conditions may differ between operators, brands, countries, and traffic sources.

Black Tiger Affiliates and/or its partners may use tracking links, cookies, click IDs, affiliate IDs, SubIDs, postbacks, APIs, or other tracking technologies to measure campaign performance.

Tracked events may include:

• Revenue
• Other agreed conversion events

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, conversion statistics recorded by the applicable tracking system, advertiser, or operator will be used for calculating commissions.

Affiliates are responsible for correctly implementing tracking links and other tracking parameters supplied to them.

Black Tiger Affiliates is not responsible for tracking failures caused by incorrect implementation, modification of tracking links, third-party systems, browser restrictions, ad blockers, connectivity problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a material tracking discrepancy occurs, the parties may review available supporting data to attempt to resolve the issue.

Affiliate commissions are calculated according to the commercial terms agreed for each campaign.

Payment terms may vary depending on the advertiser, operator, traffic source, payment method, or individual affiliate agreement.

Payments may be made using available methods such as:

• Bank transfer
• Electronic payment services
• Cryptocurrency
• Other mutually agreed payment methods

Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Before processing a payment, Black Tiger Affiliates may request reasonable information necessary for billing, compliance, fraud prevention, or payment verification.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

Black Tiger Affiliates is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect payment details supplied by the affiliate.

In certain circumstances, commissions may be adjusted where conversions are determined to be invalid under the applicable campaign terms.

Examples may include:

• Duplicate accounts
• Fraudulent registrations
• Chargebacks
• Self-referrals
• Fake accounts
• Artificial or automated traffic
• Incentivised traffic where prohibited
• Incorrect GEO traffic
• Players failing agreed qualification requirements
• Violation of campaign restrictions

Any adjustment should be based on the applicable offer terms and available tracking or operator information.

Unless expressly approved in writing for a particular campaign, affiliates must not use prohibited or unlawful marketing practices.

These may include:

• Fraudulent traffic
• Bot traffic
• Automated registrations
• Fake accounts
• Self-referrals
• Misleading advertising
• False claims about an operator
• Spam
• Unauthorised brand bidding
• Trademark infringement
• Cookie stuffing
• Forced redirects
• Malicious software
• Unauthorised incentives
• Manipulation of tracking systems
• Traffic from prohibited jurisdictions
• Marketing to minors
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law

Specific advertisers may impose additional restrictions.

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing and complying with the conditions associated with each campaign they promote.

Affiliates are responsible for the quality and legitimacy of traffic they deliver.

We may monitor campaign performance for unusual patterns, including abnormal conversion rates, duplicate registrations, suspicious deposit activity, chargebacks, or other indicators of potentially invalid traffic.

Where reasonable concerns arise, we may request additional information regarding the traffic source.

Campaigns may be temporarily suspended while material traffic-quality concerns are reviewed.

Affiliates promoting gambling-related services must comply with applicable gambling advertising laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising standards, and operator requirements relevant to the jurisdictions they target.

Affiliates must not intentionally target individuals who are below the legal gambling age in the applicable jurisdiction.

Where required, marketing materials should include appropriate responsible gambling and age-restriction information.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities are lawful in the jurisdictions where they advertise.

Black Tiger Affiliates or its partners may provide:

• Landing pages
• Promotional materials
• Bonus information
• Brand guidelines
• Advertising copy

These materials may only be used for approved promotional purposes and in accordance with applicable campaign conditions.

Affiliates must not materially alter operator branding, bonus conditions, or promotional claims in a way that makes them inaccurate or misleading.

The BlackTigerAffiliates.com website, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without permission.

Affiliates are responsible for:

Affiliates operate as independent parties and are not employees of Black Tiger Affiliates.

Black Tiger Affiliates may connect affiliates with independent casino operators, advertisers, affiliate programs, or other third parties.

An affiliate may also stop promoting our offers at any time, subject to any separate contractual obligations.

The treatment of outstanding valid commissions following termination will depend on the applicable campaign or affiliate agreement.

During a business relationship, affiliates may receive non-public information including:
